Lottery Participation Rules

• 1. Read the Rules and User Agreement carefully and go to REGISTER.
• 2. Buy lotter and ticket depicting the drawing prize and the ticket number. Obtain the confirmation code for your ticket.
• 3. Drawing times are published on the website www.multiloto.ru after all lottery tickets for the specific drawing are distributed.
• 4. The winning ticket number, drawing procedure, and the minutes of the drawing commission are published at www.multiloto.ru within 24 hours after the drawing.
• 5. The winner should apply to the Lottery Provider’s address by mail or in person at: Maslova 35, Arkhangelsk.
• 6. The winner should be able to present the ticket confirmation code to the Lottery Provider and to arrange time and place to receive the prize.
• 7. The prize will be handed to the winner during a celebration ceremony.

ATTENTION:

• Entrants shall be liable to preserve their tickets and the information given at the ticket purchase or received by mail. Losing the ticket and the confirmation code may seriously complicate receipt of the prize.
• The Management of the Lottery shall be liable for transparent and unprejudiced drawings.
• The Management of the Lottery shall be liable to release the prize to the holder of the winning ticket after he or she presents the confirmation code.
• The Management shall be liable for safety and release of the prize.

The Administration of the Lottery publishes information on all winners at the Lottery website. The lottery drawings are carried out in the manner of random consequential selection of the ticket numbers at each stage of the lottery. The entire lottery is logged and certified by the drawing commission by the drawings minutes and video recording. The video recordings of the drawings are then made public and available to all entrants.
