    1. GENERAL GUIDELINES

    1.1. UNDERSTANDING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    <SYSTEM OPERATOR> Multiloto systems operator is responsible for the management, installation and administration. (Interacts with every transaction, circumstance, and situation)
     
    <MULTILOTO> Our multiloto electronic system serves our registered clients as a systems database between them and our System Operator. Meanwhile, all of our clients are securely protected.
     
    <LOTTER> This universally recognized numeric symbol identifies and represents account holder rights, rules and regulations that are determined by the System Operator. This process of circulating information allows us to sequentially track each transaction. This is done in accordance to the procedures found in our communication system.
     
    <YOUR ROLE> As users of our system, our account holders can choose anyone to represent them legally. Our clients are therefore registered according to our identification process, which includes their name, log-in, email, password and any other electronic document. Our multiloto electronic system reduces much of the normal paperwork into a simple, easy to understand format.
     
    <OUR ROLE> - Multi ltd., Operation Manager
     
    <AGREEMENT> The terms agreed upon by all registrants include electronic documentation that is confirmed by signature. Following the rules and regulations will determine the user’s status and standing with our company.
     
    <USER IDENTIFICAITON> Usernames are immediately active upon registration. After a few easy steps, anyone can have complete access to the multiloto website
     
    <Lottery Winner> Player who has won at least once
     
    <Two-Time Lottery Winner> Player who has won twice
     
    <Three-Time Lottery Winner> Player who has won three times
     
    <1st place player> Player who acquires the largest amount of tickets in a single drawing
     
    <2nd place player> Player who acquires the second largest amount of tickets in a single drawing
     
    <3rd place player> Player who acquires the third largest amount of tickets in a single drawing
     
    <Multi-level Contestant> Player who acquires the most tickets amongst all players combined
     
    All terms and regulations are subject to the interpretation and use of Multiloto. All registrants are responsible and encouraged to obtain their own copy of all rules and regulations. This can be done either by requesting a mailed copy or simply printing one from the website.
     
     

    2. MULTILOTO

    2.1. Multiloto provides their clients with several other opportunities.

    2.2. If something is difficult to understand you are free to interact, ask questions and post comments using the protected services provided by Multiloto.
     
    2.3. The status of each registrant is pending upon the amount of LOTTERS one has obtained. This status cannot be changed or realized until recognized by Mulitloto’s service operator.
     
    2.4. The LOTTERS in an account belong to the account holder.
     
     

    3. FEES

    3.1. There are no fees associated with using our site.
     
     

    4. TRANSACORS RIGHTS

    4.1. Your LOTTER is transferable among other Multiloto users assuming you follow the prior rules and regulations mentioned.
     
     

    5. USER OBLIGATIONS

    5.1. Obligations of all Multiloto users
    • a) At any moment, you can obtain a LOTTER from the website.
    • b) Any LOTTER in your personal account can be exchanged for lottery tickets, items of equal value, or service with other account holders or the Multiloto system operator.
    • c) All members can participate in lottery drawings assuming that tickets are purchased on the Multiloto website. Therein, the transaction history or all account holders is recorded.
    • d) Each member has access to the results from every drawing and can even partake in the awarding ceremony on the website.
    • e) Based on your previous history of winnings, you may be given free LOTTERS rewarding your excellent performance.
     
    5.2. Any Multiloto member who provides the items used in the drawings, is subject to the following rules-including the regulations in accordance to 6.1.
    • a) Fulfill all that is written within the agreement and follow all website instructions. It is the responsibility of the user to recognize and become familiar with any and all changes within the agreement.
    • b) Keep all essential information discrete from others. This includes but is not limited to passwords, codes, and any other information given to you by Multiloto.
    • c) All electronic documents given by Multiloto must be recognized in the same manor of importance as any other legal document.
    • d) Do not intend to use Multiloto for any illegal purposes
    • e) Please advise the system operator of any fraudulent or suspicious activity
    • f) Do not misuse Multiloto’s mailing address. This includes any form of solicitation. The account holder does not bear the right to advertise or promote spam on Multiloto’s website.
     

    6. LOTTER BALANCE

    6.1. Any account holder reserves the right to withhold the use of their LOTTER by determining its use.
     
    6.2. In the event that rules or regulations are broken, Multiloto records the actions of each account holder in order to protect their interests.
     
     

    7. CONTRACTUAL RESPONSIBILITY

    7.1. We are not liable nor will we compensate for losses that are caused by intentional or even careless actions that violate the specified term and agreement policy. All losses, for any reason except those mentioned in section 8.2., are solely the responsibility of the account holder.
     
    7.2. Multiloto takes full responsibility for all system failures that result in policy violations. However, we are not responsible for:
    • a) A thorough description is required of any and all items used in Multiloto drawings. This includes but is not limited to information such as, delivery time, expiration dates, item instructions, company names and logos, and any information relevant to returns and exchange.
    • b) The items used in our drawings must have legal authorization and permission to be used for our intended purposes. Items used in our drawings are fully guaranteed by their sponsors and therefore are not guaranteed by Multiloto. Any additional promise made by the sponsor is not guaranteed by Multiloto and must be satisfied by the sponsor.
    • c) It is prohibited to use Multiloto in any form of advertisement without their permission. 
     
    7.3. Multiloto is not liable for individual actions that result in communication errors. In addition, Multiloto is also not liable for accidental errors caused by miscommunication between senders or receivers that result in loss.
     
     

    8. CHANGES, SUSPENSION OR AGREEMENT CANCELATION

    • a) failures in telecommunication, computer and electrical failures;
    • b) events that are impossible to predict such as natural disasters.
     
     

    9. BARGAINING CHIPS

    You Agree and Understand That:
    Multiloto, Multiloto.ru, Multiloto.net and other brands, products and services described on our website represent our company and cannot be copied, tainted or used without the written permission of Multiloto.
     

    Besides this, the written contract, graphics, icons, buttons, scripts, and information cannot be copied, imitated, or used partially or in their entirety without a formally written statement of permission from Multiloto.

    • 9.1. Any contract or agreement can be partially changed and in some cases entirely at the complete discretion of Multiloto. Changes do will not in any way reduce the status of our clients. We will provide account holders with information regarding any change 30 days in advance. Information regarding changes will be sent through our website or relayed to our clients by the method of their choosing.
    • 9.2. Multiloto reserves the right to terminate any contract without notifying the account holder. In the extreme circumstance that termination should occur, account holders forfeit all functions and use of their LOTTERS. In the event an account holder becomes reenlisted, they once again regain their status and rights to all Multiloto functions.
    • 9.3. Terminating Contracts
    • a) Without warning, we will immediately terminate any contract due to violation of terms and agreement.
    • b) If you are approaching account expiration, we will notify you seven days in advance before terminating your contract.
    • c) If you are caught interfering with our servers, pirating database information or any activity deemed illegal, we will terminate your contract and prosecute to the fullest extent of the law.
    • 9.4. If you wish to terminate your contract, simply notify us using the commentaries. Once we’ve received notification, your account will become inactive after seven days.
